Pickings have been slim lately for free Avatar items. Mostly older items have come back to be available again. But, I have found a few for you all!

Via the Xbox 360 Dashboard look for the Nike advertisement or go to The Grid via Dashboard > Games > Browse Games > Indie > The Grid. There you will find the following FIFA World Cup Avatar items:

Nike Avatar Jacket
Nike Magista Boot
